1.) Toast with loaded vegetables.

  • Curd
  • Sprouts
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Brown Bread


  1. ) Spread 1 table spoon of curd on one slice of bread.
  2. ) Cut cucumber and tomato in thin slices and put all these slices on another slice of bread.
  3. ) Spread sprouts on it. Also, you can add some chat masala ( as per your taste).
  4. ) Assemble both the slice of bread and you can toast it in toaster, tawa, oven or microwave.
  5. ) Serve it!




  • Pudina Chutney ( Mint Sauce)
  • Capsicum
  • Beetroot
  • Carrot
  • Sprouts

  • Cabbage

  1. ) Spread 1 table spoon of mint sauce on one slice of bread
  2. ) Finely chopped capsicum, Beetroot, carrot, Cabbage in a bowl and mix it well.
  3. ) Add pieces of avocado and also some amount of sprouts to the mixture.
  4. ) Spread this mixture on another slice of bread. Also, you can add some chat masala ( as per your taste).
  5. ) Assemble sandwich and toast it.

  • Boiled Eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Peanut Butter
  • Brown Bread


  1. ) Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
  2. ) Mess boil eggs in a bowl . Add some salt and black pepper ( as per your taste).
  3. ) Further, Put this mixture on bread.
  4. ) Assemble it and have healthy food.

2.) Salad

  • Grated Boiled eggs
  •  Onion
  • Carrots
  • Chick peas
  • Salt and Black pepper


  1. ) Chopped onion and carrots.
  2. )  Add chickpeas, chopped onion and carrots, grated boiled eggs, salt and pepper in bowl.
  3. )  Hence mix it thoroughly .
  4. ) As a result, you will get a delicious and healthy food.



  • Green Beans
  • Spinach
  • Avocado
  • Beetroot
  • Red beans
  • Corns
  • olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Lemon juice


  1. ) Boil green beans and corns.
  2. )  Cut beetroot and avocado in small pieces.
  3. )  Put all things in a bowl with red  beans.
  4. )  Further add 1/2 table spoon olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
  5. ) Finally, mix it well.

3.) Stuffed roti

We all love stuffed roti (paranthas) in breakfast. Like parantha’s of potato, cauliflower, spinach, paneer, onion, peas, white carrot and many more. It will be more better if we stuff roti with mix veg . Additionally, you can also go for egg parantha.



  • Boiled potatoes.
  • Spinach
  • Cauliflower
  • Cumin seeds, coriander powder, paste of ginger or finely chopped ginger, green chili, also red chilli powder (as per your taste ,mango powder, salt.
  • Olive oil.


  1. )  First of all, prepare soft dough and left it for 20- 25 minutes.
  2. )  Moreover, heat the pan and add 2 table spoon of olive oil.
  3. ) Once the oil is heated add 1/4 spoon of cumin seeds, 1/4 of coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon of ginger paste and green chili.
  4. ) Roast the masala well. ( if you like more spicy then you can add garam amsala too.)
  5. ) Now, add spinach, mashed potatoes,cauliflower to the pan.
  6. ) Mix everything well for 3-4 minutes.
  7. ) Switch off the flame and allow stuffing to cool down.
  8. ) Break a little piece from dough and roll it in disc of 3-4 inch (approx).
  9. ) Spread oil on disc and add 2-3 spoons of stuffing to it.
  10. ) Again roll it and make a  disc of 5-6 inch.
  11. ) Further, apply oil on pan and make a delicious parantha just like normal chapati.
  12. ) Additionally you can use mustard oil, coconut oil for other paranthas.

4.) Yogurt smoothie Another Healthy food.

YOGURT SMOOTHIE ( red smoothie) #1


  • Water melon, Strawberries,  little piece of beetroot also, pomegranate.
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  •  Hence Grind it.

YOGURT SMOOTHIE ( yellow smoothie)


  • Mangoes, papaya, pineapple.
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  • Hence,grind them.

YOGURT SMOOTHIE ( purple smoothie)


  • Blue berries, Black berries, cherries and pomegranate too.
  • Again, 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  •  Hence, grind it.

YOGURT SMOOTHIE(  green smoothie)


  • Kiwi, Spinach, fenugreek seed and avocado.
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  •  Hence, grind it.

These all smoothies are power bank of healthy food because it contains fruits and yogurts you can also add almonds, cashew, apricots for better taste. Also it will keep you charge for whole day.

All in one Procedure

  1. ) Cut fruits in slices and add it to the grinder.
  2. ) Then, add 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  3. ) Additionally, paste of nuts.
  4. ) Grind them well to get tasty and delicious smoothies.
  5. )  Hence healthy food is ready.

5.) Poha


  • Flattened rice (poha)
  • Peanuts
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Green chili, salt also you can add red chili powder.
  • Olive oil


  1. ) Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. ) Firstly, Add salt and green chili (as per your taste).
  3. ) Additionally onion capsicum and boiled potatoes.
  4. ) Roast them for 3-4 minutes.
  5. ) Finally, add  soaked poha (1- 1/2) to it.
  6. ) Mix everything well.
  7. ) As a result you will get 2 bowls to serve.
